DEEPER!!! IS MY MOTHER'S LOVE.

It is exactly one month since I had surgery to take out inflamed appendices read here.  Each time I look at my scar, I don’t see pain rather, I see love. Love like I have never experienced before. Love so pure, one so deep……. My mother’s LOVE.

My Fuel scarcity experience

Hey people! How is YOU? (in Jenifa's voice)

I wan't to share my experience(s) so far on the issue of fuel scarcity in our nation. By now, I am sure everyone has a story to tell. It doesn't matter whether you are a car owner, generator owner, leggedis benz owner, student, business man/woman, bus driver, bus conductor etc. Whatever your status, you sure do have a story to tell.

Since the fuel scarcity began, I have had to increase my transportation money by a large percentage. I don't drive at the moment so to avoid unnecessary quarrels and fights with bus conductor and drivers.

My parent's world came crashing when the result of my diagnosis was presented to them at the hospital.. I was a little girl .... bubbly, innocent and beautiful but completely oblivious of what was happening around me. Suddenly everything STOPPED!!! 

Nothing ever prepared my family for the challenges ahead, there are no manuals, handbook, set rules nor centers that give support to persons with disability and their families. In fact, in this part of the world, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
