MANAGE YOUR MIND... MINDFULLY.

What will stop you from achieving your goals, purpose and potentials is your own negative thoughts. Your ability to properly manage what goes in and out of your mind, will set you to the path of breaking through your limitations. You see, in todays world, we often get to hear about financial management, time management, organizational management, waste management and even weight control and management but, we don't get to hear about MIND MANAGEMENT.

I think we ought to be more concerned about managing our mind than anything else because there is a lot of craziness out there. Remember, your mind is the gateway to your heart..... it should be properly managed any day anytime mindfully without any reservations. As we cross over to the new year, be very careful and mindful of the sort of things you allow into your mind because at the end of the day, your thoughts run your life.

Everyday of our lives, thoughts must come at us from all angles and directions. At work, through conversations with friends, at home, and of course; through the MEDIA... Hmmm it is right in your face these days the good, the bad and the ugly. Any wonder that the distractions these days are so much that it has become difficult to make certain life decisions without turning to the internet for some help? So how can you successfully manage your mind?

  • Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. (NIV).
  • 2 Corinthians 10:5  We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (NIV).

If you give God the sole authority over your mind, your outlook and perspective to live will change. The things you used to fright about won't matter anymore. Take it one step after another, consciously committing to submit your thoughts to the authority of Christ.

The craziness in the world today is real.... to get through each day, you need to mindfully manage your mind by connecting with the supernatural.
